COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The man accused of attacking a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood Clinic will be formally charged today.
Robert Dear is accused of killing three people and wounding nine others. Charges include murder and attempted murder. Additional counts are possible.
Dear’s public defender represented Aurora Theater Shooter James Holmes, who’s now serving life in prison.
Several court documents in the case have been sealed.
All of the Colorado Springs Police Officers, and an El Paso County Deputy, injured in the Planned Parenthood attack have been released from the hospital.
All of them are still recovering from their injuries. No names were released.
