COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Another land swap is on the agenda for Colorado Springs City Council today.

The two pieces of land are downtown near the site of the planned Olympic Museum.

The city wants to swap with local developer David Jenkins.

The properties are both across the street from America The Beautiful Park.

The city owns a paved lot, and Jenkins owns a dirt lot near the end of Cimino Drive.

Acquiring Jenkins’ land would allow the city and c-dot to create a better design for flood control.

The land swap is on the agenda for today’s council meeting.
