A dispute over a stolen purse is the apparent motive for the murders of Colorado Springs teenagers Derek Greer and Natalie Partida

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A dispute over a stolen purse is the apparent motive for the murders of Colorado Springs teenagers Derek Greer and Natalie Partida.

Ten people were arrested in the case.

Two of them are accused of shooting the teens “execution style” after Natalie allegedly stole a purse belonging to a gang member’s girlfriend.

Several of the suspects said Greer was only shot because he was with Partida at the time.

Some of the accused have already taken plea deals, and are expected to testify against the other defendants.
