COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – It’s 28 years in prison for a Colorado Springs man who set his estranged wife on fire.
Consepcion Rascon took a plea deal Tuesday, and plead guilty to assault.
He lit the victim on fire in November in the Stratmoor Hills area in November.
The woman, as well as a 14-year-old girl who tried to put out the flames, were both burned but survived.
