COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Jury deliberations continue today in the trial of a Colorado Springs man, accused in the fatal beating of his 4 year old son.
26 year old Jeramy Ralph originally said Montana Glynn drowned in a bathtub last December.
However, paramedics noted that the child was dry and showed signs of bruising.
An autopsy showed Glynn died from multiple blows, and possible strangulation.
