COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – This November, Colorado Springs residents will vote on new fees to pay for stormwater projects.
It would be $5 a month for every home or dwelling, and $30 a month per acre for non-residential property.
Council member Bill Murray voted against the measure.
If passed, the fee would begin July of 2018 and run for 20 years.
It would bring in an estimated $17 million dollars a year.
