LAS ANIMAS COUNTY, CO – There are no reports of damage after an earthquake in Las Animas County near the New Mexico border.
The U.S. geological survey says the 3.8 magnitude quake happened early yesterday morning about 26-miles southwest of Trinidad.
The quake reportedly happened about three miles below ground, though tremors were felt in the communities of Stonewall and Weston.
No injuries are reported.
