COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – 5 of 10 suspects in the murders of two Colorado Springs teenagers were in court Tuesday.

The defendants are all facing murder charges in the march shooting deaths of 16 year old Natalie Partida and 15 year old Derek Greer, whose bodies were found near Pikes Peak International Raceway.

Authorities say the killings were gang related.

The suspects reportedly believed Partida had information about two shootings at other gang members’ apartments, and killed Greer because he witnessed her death.
