A man facing murder charges has taken a plea-deal

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A man facing murder charges has taken a plea-deal.

24-year old William Prine pleaded guilty to manslaughter and second-degree assault in a pretrial conference on Thursday.

Last February, Springs Police located two men with gunshot wounds inside a truck in the Stetson Hills neighborhood.

One man, 28-year old Manuel Vigil, would later pass away.

The other victim suffered serious injuries.

Prine will be sentenced in late-April and faces up to 28-years behind bars.

His accomplice, Matthew Houston, was charged with complicity to murder.
