COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Donald Fair, a former El Paso County Sheriff Deputy has plead guilty to sexually assaulting a child.
Fair was arrested last summer and posted bail.
In part of a plea agreement fair will face a life sentence in a supervised sex offender probation program with a minimum sentence of ten years.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 24th.
