Teens Go To Trial As Adults

A pair of 14-year old boys will be tried as adults for their alleged connection to a school threat.

The two Sabin Middle School students were arrested last October after police received reports about a possible attack.

Firearms were seized a few days later off-campus. Investigators say the threat was “significant” and the kids knew how to access and handle the guns.

They’ve both been charged with felony counts of inciting destruction of life or property and conspiracy. They’ll be in court again next month.
