A Colorado Springs call center is planning to close its doors, and lay off 410 employees.
Conduent will shut down its facility on Garden of the Gods road on October 12th.
Most of the affected workers are customer care associates. Conduent laid off 350 employees from the center in 2016.
The company says the move is needed to restructure their operations. Eligible employees will receive a severance package.
