The El Paso County Sherrif has revealed the identity of the skeletal remains found in a rock bed at South Academy in the Stratmoor neighborhood.
The victim is 55- year old James Suggs. No foul play is evident in his death.
A cell phone, gym bag and a hoodie were found near the remains.
It is still unknown of when Suggs died or how long he had been missing.
