No charges have been filed yet after a pedestrian was killed by a car Monday night at Astrozon and Academy.
A man was struck while crossing the street.
This is the 46th traffic related fatality so far in 2018 for Colorado Springs.
This is also the third pedestrian killed at this intersection since October 23rd
