A nurse from Twin Falls, Idaho is expected to plead guilty to at least one charge in connection to the case of missing Woodland Park mother Kelsey Berreth.
ABC news is reporting that Krystal Lee will appear in a Colorado courtroom Friday to enter a plea deal with prosecutors.
Investigators have been looking into allegations that Lee may have disposed of evidence, namely Berreth’s cell phone.
Berreth’s former fiancé, Patrick Frazee, was arrested in December and charged with Berreth’s murder and three counts of solicitation to commit murder.
He has not yet entered a plea.
Berreth was last seen Thanksgiving day.
Her body still has not been found.
Frazee is due back in court February 19th.
