Patrick Frazee, charged in the presumed death of Kelsey Berreth, was in court in Cripple Creek Tuesday morning.
Investigators say they found traces of Kelsey Berreth’s blood in her bathroom.
It was discovered by family members December 6th.
An investigator also said a cadaver dog hit on a location on the ground next to a car parked in front of Berreth’s home.
She went missing Thanksgiving Day. Frazee faces first degree murder and 7 other counts.
