The case against a man accused of killing his two young siblings will move forward.
State psychiatrists say 21-year-old Malik Murphy was sane when he stabbed his seven and five-year-old brother and sister in Colorado Springs in October of 2017.
A judge is allowing Murphy’s defense-team to seek a second sanity evaluation.
Another hearing is scheduled in May.
