An El Paso County man is facing multiple charges in a case of animal neglect.
Arrest warrants were issued for Brian Holloway after investigators found 10 emaciated and two dead horses on a property on Slocum Road, east of Colorado Springs in early March.
The Humane Society and Dumb Friends League Harmony Equine Center worked together in transferring the living horses to boarding facilities.
Holloway faces 12 counts of felony and misdemeanor cruelty to animals.
