Investigators say alcohol and excessive speed are to blame for a deadly motorcycle crash last week.
Tuesday night, 28 year old Matthew Headley hit a curb near Tutt Boulevard and Alderney Way.
He was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene.
Headley is the 22nd traffic fatality and the fourth motorcyclist to be killed in Colorado Springs this year.
