The FBI in Denver has confirmed they are reviewing the facts in the De’von Bailey case.
Bailey was killed last month in an officer involved shooting as he ran from Colorado Springs Police officers.
A spokesperson for the FBI says they are working with local agencies to collect information and review evidence to determine if there’s been a civil rights violation.
