Judge Denies Request for Expanded Media Coverage of Patrick Frazee Case

A southern Colorado judge is denying a request for expanded media coverage of the trial of Patrick Frazee.

The order issued Tuesday by Judge Scott Sells says the Teller County Courthouse is not suited for modern technology and expanded coverage and could result in pictures of jury members being made public.

The ban on expanded media coverage includes both an October 18th pre-trial conference and the October 28th trial.

Frazee is accused in the disappearance and death of Kelsey Berreth, who disappeared in November 2018.
