Patrick Frazee Found Guilty in Murder of Kelsey Berreth

Monday afternoon a jury found Patrick Frazee guilty on all 6 counts in the murder of his fiancé Kelsey Berreth.

The judge moved to sentencing directly after the guilty verdict was reached.

Frazee received the maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole with an additional 156 years, plus 5 years with parole for solicitation.

After a short deliberation the jury found Frazee guilty of first-degree murder, solicitation to commit first-degree murder, first-degree murder felony, 2 counts of solicitation, and tampering with a deceased human body.

Frazee’s girlfriend Krystal Kenney was a key witness and much of the case rested on her testimony.
