Latest Storms Brought Feet of Snow to Parts of Colorado

The Thanksgiving week storm has left behind a lot of driveway and sidewalk shoveling for homeowners and plenty work for road crews in Colorado Springs and El Paso County.

The main roads have some clear areas but also some snow packed and icy spots.

The secondary roads and side streets are where you will find more problems and authorities are advising you take it slow.

In terms of how much snow we received, 3-8 inches fell across Colorado Springs.

Northern Colorado Springs saw 7-10 inches of snow.

Black Forest reported 13 inches, 15 inches of snow in Monument and just under 19 inches in Palmer Lake.

Boulder and Larimer counties they received record snowfall, close to 33 inches in Drake and 32 inches in Livermore northwest of Fort Collins.
