The reward for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of shooting a Colorado Springs Police Officer is being increased.
Pikes Peak area Crime Stoppers says they’re upping the reward for fugitive Randy Bishop to $10,000.
Bishop has been sought by police since December 2019 when he escaped from police custody by assaulting a detective at Memorial Hospital.
Officers stopped Bishop Saturday night at the intersection of Galley Road and Arrawanna Street, but Bishop escaped again by firing at officers, wounding one of them.
