COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A teenager is facing charges after crashing into a police cruiser early Friday.
A male was found sleeping, or passed out in a running car on half turn road, near Carefree and Academy.
When officers arrived, the teen backed into a patrol car, causing minor damage. The driver sped off, but was later arrested nearby. No one was hurt.
The 17-year-old suspect is charged with hit and run, and D-U-I.
