The Colorado Springs girl who helped spark the CBD oil movement passed away. Charlotte Figi’s family announced the 13-year-old’s death yesterday saying she died from respiratory failure and cardiac arrest. She had been tested for coronavirus, but the family says the tests came back negative. Figi was one of the first in the nation to use the CBD oil to treat a rare form of epilepsy.
