Waller found to live in his district

El Paso County Commissioner Mark Waller had been under investigation after reports he doesn’t live in the district he represents. The 10th Judicial District in Pueblo took the case and found Waller was in compliance, living in a rental home in northeast Colorado Springs. He also has a home in the Palmer Lake area and says he does plan to live there someday. But investigators say they found no evidence of Waller living in the Palmer Lake residence right now. Waller is running for District Attorney. Current D-A-Dan May is term limited.
