Boardings remain down at Springs airport

 

New numbers from the Colorado Springs Airport in May continue to show struggles in the airline industry because of the coronavirus. Boardings were down 39%, which is close to what the numbers are nationally. For the year, springs airport is down 23 percent in passenger traffic. Airport officials say the 4 main carriers, United, American, Delta and Frontier are continuing to add flights back on to their schedules.
