A court appearance Tuesday for Nikolay Krutitskiy. He’s accused of killing his son Roman, who died Sunday. The 6 year old boy was shot last Thursday in Yoder east of Colorado Springs. Authorities upgraded charges to Nikolay Krutitskiy. He’s facing charges of first degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. The sheriffs office has not released any details of the incident.
