The Colorado Springs Police Department is opening a formal investigation into posts allegedly made by a Springs officer during a live stream of protestors blocking I-25 June 30. A local TV station was streaming the event when someone using the name “Steven Eric” posted “Kill them All.” A trace of the name on Facebook purportedly showed a male in a Springs Police uniform. A complaint by the TV station was lodged with police. Authorities say an investigation is ongoing. They have not identified the subject of the investigation.
