COLORADO – There’s some good news about Covid-19 in Colorado. New cases in El Paso County and across the state are declining and they have been for weeks now. Health officials in El Paso County say they’ve seen about 84-cases per 100-thousand people. That number is down from the 158-cases per 100-thousand people seen a couple of months ago.

Even better yet, the number of hospitalizations has been trending down considerably statewide. The number of people testing positive here in El Paso County over the last two weeks has also dropped to 3.8% as of Wednesday.
