Friday afternoon in El Paso county we move to Level Red on the Covid-19 scale. The immediate effects will be seen in restaurants. They must close to in person dining but can offer takeout and delivery. Businesses must limit indoor capacity to 50%. Offices are strongly encouraged to limit employees to 10% of staff. Bars that serve food will move last call from 10pm to 8pm. Personal service businesses must reduce capacity to 25% and gyms must limit to 10% capacity. Fully 1/3rd of the states’ counties are now under the Level Red order. There has been no word from state or county officials how long the county will remain at Level Red.
