Garcia-Bravo sentenced to two consecutive15 year sentences following plea deal

EL PASO COUNTY —  Marco Garcia-Bravo will spend thirty years behind bars for his role in the execution-style killings of Natalie Cano-Partida and 15-year-old Derek Greer in 2017. A judge accepted Garcia-Bravo’s plea deal this morning. He will serve two consecutive back-to-back sentences in the department of corrections. Collette Bordelon with our partners at news five was in the courtroom Monday morning and said Garcia-bravo looked down or straight ahead while the victim’s families gave their statements and that he chose not to speak before the judge who sentenced him. The 30-year-sentenced could be adjusted based on time already serviced, good behavior, and eligibility for community corrections programs.
