FOUNTAIN — A pastor at a Fountain church is under arrest after reports of sexual assault on a child. The investigation began earlier this month. On Tuesday, 52-year-old Kevin Daniels, one of the pastors at New Jerusalem Missionary Church, turned himself in. He is charged with the felony crime of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust.
