FOUNTAIN — A Fountain man is behind bars facing multiple charges after reports he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old. During their investigation, authorities determined the victim and the suspect, 32-year-old Wayne Lambert met through a social media app. He was arrested on Wednesday without incident. Detectives with the Fountain Police Department are asking the community for help locating any witnesses or victims in this case.
