Barry Morphew, the man accused in the disappearance and death of his wife, is heading to trial

SOLIDA, COLORADO–A Chaffee County judge has ruled there is enough evidence for the Barry Morphew case to go trial. He’s facing charges of first-degree murder, tampering with evidence, and attempting to influence a public servant in the disappearance and death of his wife Suzanne Morphew on Mother’s Day of 2020. Her body hasn’t been found. The judge has granted bail for Barry, and the trial is set to begin on May 22nd.
