Law enforcement officials say they have arrested two suspects connected to a shooting that left two teens dead last weekend. The shooting happened on the morning of Jan. 9, in the 1900 block of Chelton Road, in the southeast. Springs Police say that multiple people were injured. The two teens who died were both from Pueblo, 15-year-old Nevean Tafoya and 13-year-old Marcus Venezio-Hernandez. They are the first and second homicides of 2022. Springs police say that 19-year-old Kadin Blaschke was taken into custody in Reno, Nevada, and an unidentified 17-year-old was arrested here in the Springs.
