Manitou Springs residents will vote today on whether to change city code to allow a third marijuana business to open in the area. The current code only allows for two shops. The potential change was started by a citizen committee through a petition, and the Manitou City Council decided in December to leave it up to the voters to decide. This proposed business would be in a commercially zoned area about 150 feet off of Highway 24. The vote drop off locations will close today at 7 p.m.
