A man, possibly suffering from mental health issues, is in the Jefferson County Jail after he was found in the Broadmoor area by Springs Police. Michael Osse, 55-year-old, was found by officers early yesterday morning, and his mother was discovered dead in Golden. Osse reportedly told officers he did not know how he reached Colorado Springs, and he currently is facing murder charges. Family members have claimed he is suffering from mental health issues.
