Raids of Top Dollar Pawn Shops in the Springs and Pueblo are part of an investigation into a multi-million dollar criminal organization. Four people have been arrested. The U.S. Marshalls Service, the FBI and local agencies are all involved in the raids. Authorities say the suspects have been selling large quantities of property taken from four different locations. The crimes allegedly started two years ago, and the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office says that authorities are not seizing any lawfully pawned personal items.
