Drivers in the Downtown will likely see some traffic impacts this week, due to several major events in the area. This afternoon, Fan Fest returns to celebrate the 100th run of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb. Bijou, Kiowa and Pikes Peak Avenue will see closures between Cascade and Nevada on Friday afternoon. On Saturday, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Museum is hosting their Hall of Fame Festival, and a parade, which means Vermejo could see closures on Saturday morning around Nevada.
