The funeral for fallen El Paso County Deputy Andrew Peery will be held this morning. Deputy Peery was killed in the line of duty, responding to a reported shooting in Security on August 7th. The service begins at 11 a.m. at New Life Church in the 11000 block of Voyager. It will be followed by a vehicle procession from the church to the Office of the El Paso County Sheriff on Cascade. The Colorado Springs Police Department says that drivers could see traffic impacts along the procession route between 12 and 3 p.m. today.
