A suspect who caused a shelter-in-place order in Fountain is still at large, at the time of this article. This all started yesterday. Fountain Police say the suspect is 43-year-old Andrew Bicknell. The entire incident began with a call about a disturbance involving a gun. Investigators say that he’s wanted on felony menacing charges. Police believe he was barricaded in a home near Fountain Mesa and Autumn Place. Officials later determined he was not in the residence. A picture of Bicknell from FPD is at the top of his article.
