The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the community for help locating a missing teen. Authorities are only identifying the -year-old boy by his first name, Jose. He was last seen Thursday night just before 6 pm at his home on Chippewa Road. That’s on the southeast side of the city. Deputies say Jose is developmentally delayed and needs his inhaler.
