According to reports Colorado Springs Police and the FBI are searching for possible human remains in Teller County. Both agencies have been searching for several days south of Florrisant near Chapparral Trail and Chateau West Drive. Springs Police said today they are searching for the remains of Jepsi Kallungi. She disappeared in 2019. Her husband was found guilty of first degree murder in 2023 and is serving a life sentence. Police say so far no remains have been found.
