One person was killed and another person injured following a car accident Tuesday morning. Springs Police say a car went off the side of Rampart Range road at mile marker 4. Police and fire responded to the scene. Authorities say the car flipped a number of times as it fell. The driver was found dead inside. A passenger was able to survive and stopped another vehicle to get help. No word yet why the car went off the road.
