One person has been arrested and a second person is being sought by Springs police connected to a fire that destroyed a home in early July. That home was in the eleven hundred block of Harrison Road. Springs police and fire started an investigation and it led to the arrest of twenty one year old Michelle Torres. They are still looking for twenty three year old Xavier Resendez. Both could be charged with first degree arson and criminal mischief.
