Immigrations and Customs Enforcement in Colorado want to expand facilities that currently hold undocumented illegal aliens. The ACLU has filed a lawsuit against ice, demanding information on those expansion plans and the private companies ice will contract with. Those private companies own many of the detention facilities ice uses to house illegal aliens. The ACLU says many of the current locations are in bad shape, providing poor nutrition and living conditions. They are demanding ice release all plans for future expansion of the sites currently in use.
