Public safety was a main topic of Colorado Springs Mayor Yemi Moblade’s State of the City address Thursday at the Broadmoor. On top of his list to improve safety, assisting law enforcement and staffing for emergency services, as well as other projects like a program to clean up the downtown area. Other areas of emphasis are the city’s infrastructure, building new housing developments, and improving the local economy.
