Four people have been arrested by Colorado Springs Police following a carjacking 5 days ago. A 2006 jeep was carjacked October 2nd on South Nevada near the downtown area. Police along with the El Paso County Sheriff’s office and the Colorado State Patrol conducted what they call a “battle” operation and found the stolen jeep Monday. Authorities followed the driver to the 39 hundred block of San Miguel, where they made 4 arrests. 45 year old Andre Burns, 37 year old Travis Butler, 38 year old Brittany Flores and 35 year old Tervon Harvey were taken into custody. All are facing various charges including robbery and motor vehicle theft. Drugs and a gun were also found during the arrests.
